TCBY wanted to reward the customers who supported the brand during its 30-year history. To celebrate, we designed a Facebook campaign to provide fans with the chance to win free fro-yo during TCBY’s anniversary month via a Facebook Sweepstakes. T/K was tasked with designing the graphics and executing the campaign to more than 100,000 Facebook fans. TCBY embarked on an unprecedented giveaway, using social media to give away a $310K store. After a lackluster start, TCBY tapped T/K to revive the promotion, challenging us to double the entries with the last of five months remaining. T/K implemented a fully integrated PR campaign to let America know that TCBY was rallying communities across America to boost their local economy with a brand new TCBY store for free. T/K quadrupled the amount of entries, increased Facebook fans by 182 percent and Twitter followers by 463 percent and amassed more than 74 million impressions through media..
